My draw almost fell to the floor when I saw the interior design of this beautiful residence put together by Lichten Craig. It’s totally up my street – a neutral palette with a touch of grey and lavender accompanied by some striking yet simple furniture. It’s fair to say I’m very much in love with this home … I’m in love … The Design Fairy x […] Continue reading →
I came across this inspirational home last week when I was posting about a chic bathroom design which had concentrated on the colours silver and gold. In fact, I didn’t just love the bathroom – but the whole house which I found on Vintage & Chic’s blog. This home was featured in Russia’s Architectural Digest so I can’t really tell you much about it. The main focal point of the home is that it has been decorated and designed, primarily, in gold, silver, […] Continue reading →

Bathrooms come in all shapes and sizes – from modern and contemporary through to completely classic and traditional. This week I’m working on a bathroom design for a client who loves grey and traditional styled spaces and I found this bathroom on KBCulture … a blog dedicated to bathrooms and kitchens. This space has given me so much inspiration for their design. The gorgeous floor tiles along with the grey and white panelling and traditional sanitary ware has made this a […] Continue reading →
For my colour concept today I decided to do something a little. I decided to create my own! My inspiration was from a picture of two baby cheetahs that my dad took whilst he was away on safari the last time. It is possibly one of my favourite pictures – it just shows so much natural love and just complete sweetness & care between two animals – it makes my heart melt! …. OK Enough with the soppy stuff though – I used a website called DeGraeve – it lets you […] Continue reading →

My favourite room this week is this Bold Dining Room. The dark grey shade, used as the prominent colour, sets the moody atmosphere in this club-styled dining room but the crisp white tables and lipstick red chairs adds an edge to the room. The furniture is complimented by the White Wall Scones and the modern art centred in the room. […] Continue reading →

I absolutely love the Pastis Hotel in St Tropez – it is fantastic for interior design! The Pastis Hotel is set within a provencal building and offers it’s visitors a charming and contemporary designed interior in which to stay. The rooms are simply decorated in a classic yet simple french style – lots of whites and greys have been used throughout. They’re all light, airy and very relaxing … with gorgeous ensuite bathrooms which too have been decorated in that […] Continue reading →
