I came across this inspirational home last week when I was posting about a chic bathroom design which had concentrated on the colours silver and gold. In fact, I didn’t just love the bathroom – but the whole house which I found on Vintage & Chic’s blog. This home was featured in Russia’s Architectural Digest so I can’t really tell you much about it. This week I’m taking a look at celeb Reese Witherspoon’s gorgeous California Home. It’s simply lovely – simple, full of light and soft, neutral tones … I find it hard to find anything to dislike about her home. Designed by Kristen Buckingham, you can see that she has tried to keep the design as natural as possible. All of the blogs I’ve been following have been super full of Christmas stuff and it is so gorgeous and inspiring. But as I sit and write this and look […] Continue reading →
I stumbled upon Adam Levine’s home when I was reading Architectural Digest the other day. His bachelor pad is up in the Hollywood Hills, California, mixing sophistication with contemporary, but good taste. His home exudes an air of calm confidence. It’s filled with design classics such as Jean Prouvé, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Arne Jacobsen, and other 20th-century-design icons. I’ve never been a massive fan of this sort of style but this home has been pulled together […] Continue reading →
